Loading and Unloading

Normally, the responsibility of loading and unloading of luggage lies with the customer/ passenger. We bear no responsibility and nor are liable for any damage to your luggage, whatsoever, during loading and unloading. Chauffeurs could lend a helping hand but solely at the discretion of our customer/ passenger. In such case, the chauffeur claims no responsibility for any damage or unwanted event.

Passengers and consumers are required to be at airports at the predetermined time following flight arrival. A brief break of 60 minutes is acceptable. A fee of 30 pence per minute is applied after that. A waiting time of 10 minutes is permitted for pickups within Epsom and surrounding regions; after that, a fee of 30 pence per minute is calculated.
