How early do I need to book my car?

 The earlier the better. However, 12 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking, it is best to call us to confirm.

How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?

Once booked you will receive an e-mail or text confirming your booking. You can also call our 24 hour control room and our controllers will be happy to let you know if your booking is confirmed

What if the flight is delayed or early?
We will check the flight status on the day and meet you according.

How do I find my driver at the airport?

If you select "Meet & Greet" Our driver will wait in the arrival hall with your name card usually by the airport information desk.

Is your service available day and night?
Yes. We operate 24 hours 7 days a week, all through the year.

What happens if I cannot find my driver?
Having ensured that you have correctly followed the Epsom Cars instructions on your confirmation, contact us on the contact number also supplied on your confirmation.
